I clicked following pics at a small holy town of Gokarna in north Karnataka. Blessed with bunch of peaceful and tranquil beaches, Gokarna is a wonderful medley of cultures composed of equal share of pious crowd and hedonistic holiday makers. Hippies and foreign tourists can always be found in Gokarna owing to its close proximity with Goa. Surprisingly, they gel very well with the religiously inclined local crowd.
I managed to witness the sunset at one of the beaches and tried to capture the golden hour through my lens. In the span of 20 mins, water reflected almost the entire rainbow of colors.
The town has some beautiful isolated beaches nestled nearby and few solitary moments here is guaranteed to detoxicate you good enough to properly take other half of your life.
